Document Understanding and Opinion Mining

When analyzing large scale of documents from users’ feedback on products and services, companies need to make sense of them and extract relevant information. This information can be used to improve their processes, products and react to their customer voices.

In this demo we show a system that is able to automatically classify documents and extract opinions according to ad-hoc topic structure and give a confidence at each decision point.

Starting from a sentence the system is able to extract the probabilities that the content of the documents can be classified as “Suggestion”, “Problem”, “Opinion” or other.
