Morena Danieli, PhD, is a computational linguist, and a neuropsychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist in private practice.
At present she is research fellow of the DISI, University of Trento, collaborating with the Signals and Interactive Systems Lab within the EC funded Sensei project. Since 1985 she has been working in the research fields of artificial intelligence, speech recognition, speech synthesis and spoken dialog processing at CSELT (Centro Studi E Laboratori Telecomunicazioni), Olivetti Research, University of Geneva, Loquendo, and Nuance. Morena is author and co‐author of more than one hundred peer reviewed papers and book chapters, and coauthored patents on human machine dialog management. Her present clinical and theoretical interests are focused on behavioral analytics, speech expression of emotions, and body image disturbances.
